I am very pleased to welcome you as a patient and to have you visit my website. Here, I would like to share some important information with you.
You can reach me by phone, though I actually prefer to be contacted via text message or WhatsApp. Of course, you can also reach me by email. Please don’t hesitate to send me a text message or a WhatsApp message if we are unable to reach each other by phone.

For my patients experiencing acute and severe pain, I will schedule an appointment immediately for the same day or the next day.
I am also available on weekends and holidays for my pain patients. When I am home, I treat you in Ebenfuth or in Vienna. However, I can always send a prescription via email from anywhere.
We understand patients with dental anxiety. You have nothing to be ashamed of! We help you through both bio-resonance therapy and medication.
Your beautiful smile requires not only my professional care but also your meticulous oral hygiene at home and regular check-ups. A semi-annual check-up with professional cleaning—sometimes more frequently: every 1 or 3 months—and an annual X-ray are highly recommended. The warranty you receive also depends on this.

My assistants and I make a point of setting aside enough time to ensure a calm, thorough, and comfortable consultation, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
If you have scheduled an appointment in person or online at my private practice, you automatically agree to the following terms to help us manage our schedule fairly.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel it at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients. Cancellations made within 48 hours can only be accepted with a doctor’s note.
For appointments that are not canceled in a timely manner, missed, or shortened at your request (e.g., due to a change in your treatment plan), we may charge a cancellation fee of €145 per half-hour for the reserved treatment time, in accordance with the recommendations of the Austrian Dental Association. Thank you for your understanding!
We always take an X-ray for new patients.
We do everything we can to ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and at ease with us.
